flowers for me, flowers for you

helllllooooo friends.

i was feeling a bit blah today, so i decided to get out of the house and visit the South Bend Farmer's Market. my objective: to buy some fresh flowers and in turn, hopefully lift my spirits.

and low and behold, it worked.

placing them here and there, i thought i would share some pics of both the flowers and the slow progression of our new house becoming a home. so far my favorite room in the house is the office/studio, which is surrounded by windows and a view of our beautiful backyard. coming in second is our bedroom...it's peaceful, bright and just lovely.
